thermometer decoder glitch

The thermometer decoder has glitches in the output. I have designed with introduction of buffers in the logic paths to reduce glitches. But the glitches are still prominent.Does sizing the pmos to compensate for lower mobility reduces these glitches.Can u tell me what to do or possible post the thermometer decoder design. I have to connect this to current sources.So I cannot ignore these glitches.
 

this is classic problem.....I am assuming that you are using the decoder output to control the current sources. The best way is to use a latch the data and avoid the glitches going into the current source.

I have used latches ...but during one transition from 0111 1111 to 1000 0000...the glitch is still persisting....I'm designing segmented DAC....so DNL is going very bad
