the switch PWM frequency Vs the range of audio frequency

frequency vs range

i see the flyback control ic, its datasheet says when in heavy load conditions,the pwm frequency is fixed at the 70khz , but when in the no load conditions ,the frequency become the 13kHZ
as we know, 13KHZ belongs to the audio frequency

is it the good ??
