16f84a programmer

When I needed a 16f877A programmer , I searched the web..
Yes I found many , but most of them are complex ( or at least not simple )
But I have found this programmer from my friend , it's very simple :
to use this programmer with PIC16F 84A just use the
following connections :
NB I: pins 4 & 8 in the Female rs232 are connected together.
NB II : the +ve of the capacitor is connected with the -ve of
the zener diode
NB III : tested on 877A & 84A only , I do not gurantee the
programmer for any other MCU .
NB IV :
tested with IC-PROG ==> no problems
tested with Win-Pic ==> use the folllowing options :
- Broun Out Reset => Enable
- Low Voltage Programming => Enable
