The S parameter has burr point. How to remove burrs?

Those "burrs" are narrowband resonances; to remove them you'd have to find their source and remove a source of strong inductive or capacitive coupling.

I suggest looking at the field magnitudes in your structure/circuit at the frequencies of those resonant peaks; the locations of the standing waves should give you some idea of their origin.
