replacement for TIL 198

I'm designing a colour fading circuit and I'm not able to find opto-isolater TIL 198. Could someone please suggest a replacement?
Its very urgent so please help....

Be careful, the pinout is slightly different.

I think the MOCD223 from Fairchild would also be a good replacement, but the package is SOIC-8. www.fairchildsemi.com/pf/MO/MOCD223-M.html
