Hi There.

How to define the relation between the fixed time T1 and the integrated time T2 in a dual slope ADC in terms of the RC constant. For instance, if I have a variation in the capacitance value, what would be the variation in T2/T1 ratio ?
 

dual slope technique

DUal Slope is a relative technique that doesn't depend of the RC constant.

You can consult the book of Sergio Franco, "Design with operational amplifiers"

N = 2^n(Vi/Vref)

For the analysis you never takes the T1/T2 ratio.
 

dual slope a d advantages

the values of r and c gets cancelled due to its appearance on either side of the equation. infact one of the advantages of the dual slope is that it is independent of the values of the passive components.

in dual slope adc it is independent of RC.the major advantage of dual slope is that itself.for single slope it depends.for more information plz refer ANALOG CIRCUIT DESIGN BY KENMARTIN.i hope this helps u.
