the problem about cadence help me

When my cadence started,its window display some error informations such as:

1. *error* strcat : argument #1 should be either astring or symbol(type template="S") -nil

2. *error* load : error while loading file - "/QXFDDIC001/LAYOUT/TSB/PCell/.GLCT_DIABLK"


where is error? How do we correct them? Thank you!!!!!
 

The error is in .cdsinit probably.
