I am designing a rail to rail amplifier, and find offen use classab as the output stage, can i use classa as the output stage, is there some papers about it? thanks a lot!

please tell the purpose of your amplifier, how much output power is required, what kind of load is to be fed etc.

it can sink/source 200uA current, load is 10k resistor. Thanks

If only 200uA is required, of course classA can be used.
