The OMI model is not supported by VCS simulator

I encountered a problem in running the RTL simulation with OMI model.
The vcs compilation phase can pass, but the following message will be displayed when simv is executed.

It seems that the model is not supported by our simulator. We have tried “vcs_0606sp2” and “vcs_200912”. Both simulator displayed the above message.
What simulator option should we turn ON for running this OMI model?

Does any one have experience with this problem?
How can I prevent this problem?
