The module is not logging to GPRS(AVL AT commands)

Not loging to GPRS(AVL)

I am working on AVL AT commands . The module is not loging in to GPRS . It is identifying the IP but not entering .
The data it shows is

GPS Count=16,Save Idx=15

Help me:?:

Nobody can help you if you do not provide more details. What modem do you use, what AT commands do you use for init sequence...etc. Give all the details you can if you want to receive some help. Personally, I do not understantd nothing from above. What means "AVL AT commands"? What connection exists between Automatic Vehicle Location and AT commands? If you have problems with GPRS connection, what is the meaning of "GPS Count=16,Save Idx=15 "??
