where to get the green solder mask and how to put it on PCBs made at home?

If it's expensive to get, isn't there another method to obtain the same action of the green soldure mask specially in case of SMD..

well, most of the solder masks are manufactured by pcb making companies using their machine, maybe i could suggest you use paint, but i havent tried it yet but lest wait for others who was able to make solder masks...
