the function of the router automatic in Allegro

when I want to use the function of the router automatic in Allegro,It doesn't work and come out a warning that say below:
<<SPECCTRA quit anexpectedly with an exit code of 5.Please verify you are running SPECCTRA version V9.0 or later.>>
and is there anybody can tell me how to solve the problem?
 

do you have a license available for specctra? I think that is the error. it did not find a license.
