The function of rooms in Altium

Hi,

Can I create modules in schematic so that the components in particular modules are transfrered to the PCB as the same module?(Such as done in Allegro).

In Altium software, it's call a "room". You can set up your options for rooms in the Project Options dialog (right click on the project name or use shortcut CO from the schematic). The settings are on the "Class Generation" tab. Once the components are assigned to a room, they can be manged together with PCB commands in the Design>>Rooms menu. For example, DMV will move the room and all the components and connections in that room.
