Hello,
Despite my account settings being ok, the thread being set to watched with email notifications, I have not received any notification emails.
My latest thread had 5 replies but not a single notification and I did not know about the replies.

No, the emails are not in my spam either. They just do not arrive at all.

I suspect I won't get notified for this here thread either. It is again set for watched with email notifications.

Perhaps someone can check what is happening there?

Best regards
X

The moderating team only has access to few and limited avenues for examining information about Edaboard members and their accounts. Sometimes we ask an administrator to notice something... although we can't predict how often administrators put in an appearance at the forum (in addition to other duties of WTWH Media, LLC).

Your profile shows no glaring reason that you don't receive email notifications.

* It's possible a single bit in a memory register got changed. Try unchecking some settings for a while, then change them back.

* It's possible there's a delay somewhere in the loop as our programmers work to modify subroutines in the interface.

Thanks you. As predicted, I did not get an email for your reply here either.

Best regards
X

* Do you reside in a country where government sets policies restricting internet access? Two-way or one-way? From Edaboard's end Forum rules don't state any restriction on which country or countries it can send notifications to.

* Another step worth trying: At bottom left of every Edaboard page is a link 'Contact Us'. Surely that reaches an administrator directly and quickly.
