The difference between FRAMED and UNFRAMED PCM

Hello

Can anyone tell me the difference between FRAMED and UNFRAMED PCM
or give any article regarding this.

PCM Frames stablish a pattern or frame in wich you put the information (PCM), this pattern is a mark to indicate the begining of the word and another one for the begining of the frame, this is for multiple signals TDM.
PCM unframed is when there are no marks of a frame but you can use it only to transmit and receive only one signal.
