ppm/'C is

for BGR
ppm/'C is defined by

maximum reference voltage - minimum reference voltage
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ / Vref
temp(maximum reference voltage) - temp(minimum reference voltage)

Reference : D. Johns, K.Martin, <Analog integrated circuit design>, WILEY, p357

is this right?

e.g., ppm/'C of My BGR is

Vref=0.74V

0.74045-0.7396
------------------ = 11.65uV/'C
53.792-(-20)

11.65uV/'C
------------- = 15.75ppm/'C
0.74

Is this result 15.75ppm/'C right?
