The category of DC/DC converter?

who can tell me more details about it? And my emphasis is the charge pump.

Thank u for ur suggestions, but I cant get some useful information about the category of DC/DC converter from google, and what I wanna do is to design an under voltage protection circuit for a DC/DC converter.
