I have designed and built up a folded dipole antenna for 145MHz frequency.I have designed a 4:1 Balun for it also which is based on coaxial wire only.
Now I want to test this dipole only, before I put it on yagi boom.
Anyone please tell me what are steps involved in testing folded dipole on Network analyser?
What are the other instruments we can use for the testing of an antenna?
Thank you.

Test procedure is same as that of other antennas.
You can test dipole with boom as there won't be much difference in results, since you are not placing any relectors and directors in boom.
