I have designed my digital chip.

I need to test it but it requires 6 data inputs, each is 50 Mbps, 1 Clk signal for 400 MHz and 1 for reset Signal. How can I generate these data input and such a high frequency clock signal? Are there any tool or PC-Card which can help me doing this kind of job?

Thank you so much.
