testbench circuit for measuing a comparator offet

Dear All,

Anyone can suggest me a good testbench circuit for measuring a newly designed offset comparator ?

I am thinking of switched cap circuit to store it a cap...

I am sure this topic will be useful for others in the future.

Your suggestion/comments are welcomed.
