Test Vector Translation Software - WGL, STIL, VCD, EVCD, Teradyne, Advantest, & More

STIL, WGL, Verigy, Teradyne, Advantest - There are more than 30 different vector and ATE formats. Since 1990, Source III has offered the most comprehensive and fully featured vector translation software program on the market today. Known as VTRAN, it is the one of the only tools capable of vector translation for all popular ATE and simulation formats, in addition to several user defined formats.
