Hi Guys:

Can anyone suggest me any test bench circuit for an on chip spiral inductor. Any URL links would also appreciated. Thanks in advance
 

Did you get the test bench for on chip indutor
 

- probing test suggested
- VNA to get S-parameter
- calibration is a Must
- deembeding is a Must

Hope it help. I think there are some docs you can find by Google.
