tension in function of current for different temperature

I have two current sources and I need to change one them and measure the difference of 2 voltages in function of difference of current between 2 current sources for different values of temperature.

could you tell me how I can change nominal temperature in cadence to plot the the voltage in function of current for each tempreture?
