Please help. Is there any schematic for this thermometer?

For temperatures of up to 1000°C (and more) you will have to use thermocouples .. see table below ..
Some examples with circuits using thermocouples can be found at:

Have you Tiny16?, You can use it with 74HC47 and trasitor A1815
