Hello.

Can you give me transistor circuits which have temprature compensation using diodes?

What means transistor circuit? What this circuit do? Voltage reference ? Why you need temperature compensation ?
Give more details.
 

if you want to compansate for the circuit which use transistor you can use a resistor connect to Emiter. When temperature is low, Ic is small so VE is also small ; when temperature is higher, Ic is increment so Ve is increment and transistor will be reduce.
