what it mean by clusters size of poly resistor?
how resistance variation with respect to temp can be simulated in cadence?

You can change a temperature for whole simulation in ADE L/XL options or make a dc simulation with temperature sweep. If you want some parametric simulations You also can define some "corners" with varied temperature.

thank you,
i hav a doubt that how temperature co-eff of poly resistor can be +ve or -ve depending on cluster size of polycrystal?
For poly resistor, corners will be res_typ, res_min and res_max or can we simulate it for ss and ff corners also?
