Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative you will be required to answer inbound phone & email enquires from customers based in Japan. You will be expected to help the customers troubleshoot technical issues, as well as provide superior customer service for general enquires. This position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Qualifications:
•Japanese nationality
•Customer service or IT related background
•Strong Native Japanese communication skills, both written and verbal
•Good understanding on computers including Windows based programs, USB’s and Internet Explorer
•Interest in technology, gaming and entertainment systems
•Must enjoy working with different types of people and cultures
•Degree qualified
