Telecomm. is the communication at a distance and navigation is nathing but an application of telecommunication .
one can't differentiate between telecom and navigation bcaz navigation is an application to telecomm
I don't agree.. requirements for Telecommunication satellite are different from Telecommunication satellite.. maybe is a question f wording.. for example.. in navigation we perform ranging measurements so we pay attention on paraticular parameters.. in TLC we don't consider it.. this is the first difference that comes to my mind.. can you help me in finding others?
