I'm looking for Tektronix 500 series service manuals.
-DC 503A Universal Counter Timer
-DM 502A Autoranging DMM
-SC 504 80 MHz dual channel scope
-and a function generator (I forgot the name)

Where are the test equipment manuals? I see only office machines.

I found the service manual for the DC 503A there! Very slow download but I got it.
