But i can't find any such terms..

This is the starting section of technology LEF

VERSION 5.3 ;
NAMESCASESENSITIVE ON ;
BUSBITCHARS "[]" ;
DIVIDERCHAR "/" ;
UNITS
DATABASE MICRONS 100 ;
END UNITS

is there any commands for finding that in cadence?

you could not find by the LEF content, except in the comment lines.
these file did not come from no-where, and you should have also the itf or nxtgrd file, in the ASCII part you have the poly layer at the techno node.
