Technology Library needed

Hi,
I am looking for a latest synopsys technology library. My school has the following and i think they are very old. Design Compiler throws a error that trip-point thresholds are not mentioned.

lsi_9k.db
lsi_7k.db
lsi_lsc15.db

Selection of tech. library depends on your design objectives. But here are couple of sources you can download liberty file and compile it using LC to get .db
