hi,

can anyone upload the Technology file of any of the technologies (0.35u, 0.18u whatever u can)

i dont know if any companies allows to give out the technology files, anyway by chance let me know if anyone can help me.

Try it in TSMC website in tsmconline.I think you need to register for that.Try it once.

U Cant get technology files for free.
U just contact any vendor or 3 rd part vendors like artisan and Austria microsystems for getting technology files.
