hi..

what is differences between these two files?

1- arti_sle18io_metal6_i.lef
2- arti_sle18io_metal6_s.lef

what is "i" and "s" in that files?

only the makers of the lef files (artisan?) can really answer that.. unless there is another on here that has used those exact files.
