hi all
i am trying to implement a TDR unit to measure soil moisture content.
for measuring the moisture content correctly i need to have a step with very small rise time(i mean less 200 ps) and pulse width less than 5 ns.
i appreciate any help about possiable circuits,implementation,... .
thanks alot.
