TCAD Capacitance curve

I am getting a bump in the capacitance vs voltage curve of my TCAD Sentaurus Simulation (Is a pixel detector bias to a negative voltage), can anybody tell me which can be the explication of a bump in the capacitance curve?
 

This bump comes when your MOS in depletion
