Hi Everyone..

I have av completed my design in Tanner 14.11 which is in 250nm technology.
Could any one pls help me in getting me 90nm technology file.
pls do the needful.

I need to know how do I perform the design by having 90nm tech file...
Hoping my question is clear..
Else let let me how do I obtain W/L ratio of any transistor..

But could you pls explain when I scaled sown to 90nm technology, on what basis should I have to vary the W/L ratio of each and every transistor...
Or is that possible to obtain there values in link u av mentioned...???
