I've desiged a ring resonator to measure the dielectric of mangosteen,so I have to sweep the dielectric constant and also define the tangent delta electricwith a range of frequency form 1 to 10 MHz . How do I define the variables to sweep the dielectric constant and delta electric? ( I defined the designed frequency of ring resonator to be 5 GHz)
