I found the circuit in a paper. But one of my collaegues pointed out it has one fault about mismatch.

I want to know the difference betweeen the circuit and the typical BGR which use an amplifier to assure the equality ?

Who can give me advantages and disadvantages of the two circuits?

thank you for your answers!

Advantage of this circuit is higher power supply rejection (PSR) due to embedded voltage regulation. But be carefull with it implementation,- I met on practice with it unsimulated unstability. Suppose that AC model of bipolars wasn't fully correct,- this unfortunately is typical for many manufacturers.

I'm sorry, but what is unsimulated unstability?

what papaer do you research and why you pick up this schematic of BGR?
i looks so complex~~

I refer to this paper .

Unsimulated unstability was concluded in fact, that the manufactured BGR structure had oscillations, which didn't reproduced by any simulations, including extracting all layout parasitics.
