FET6254-C SoM is based on TI Sitara™ AM62x series industrial SoC applicable for single-core AM6251, dual-core AM6252 and quad-core AM6254, featuring in cost efficient and advanced performance. It belongs ARM Cortex-A53 architecture and the processor runs speed at up to 1.4GHz, besides, it contains one single-core ARM ® Cortex ®-R5F Device Manager subsystem up to 400 MHz and one single-core ARM ®Cortex ®-M4F MCU at up to 400 MHz which could be applied in real time tasks processing.
