synthesis of the waveguide filter using Zeland Cocafil

The software Cocafil and eseptum can be used to simulate and synthesis the waveguide filter. But I found the synthetical results cannot satisfy the desired performance using Cocafil, usually beyond far away. Maybe something wrong happened to my design procedure. If you are familiar with this software,please give me some advice. thank you!
