[Synth] Disable Timing - when used?

Hello All,

As for the FALSE_PATH and DISABLE_TIMING commands, the FALSE_PATH command is usually recommended for use.

So, when is the DISABLE_TIMING command recommended?

false path is used between Start point to end point , where as disable timing is used to between the timing arcs. The intention might be same , but the requirment for two different cases might be differnt
