Hi,
is the lic file for 7.1 is different under windows and linux? lic file for version 7 was the same for both operating systems.

Use XXXXXXXXX. Works fine for both zwindowez and Linux.

no other way

You must run a floating license server on other machines.

Or you must have a synplctyd for linux, but it's not available now.
You can build a synplctyd on linux if you have FLEXlm SDK for linux,
If you have, please send me a copy, thank you.

The daemon IS available now but not required with 7.1.1. Try it out! Use a node locked license and works fine.
