Hi...
All the while, im using Mentor Graphic ICX(IBIS) for our high speed design simulation..but recently we'll got more simulation request for using HSpice model..From my know-how on ICX, i just nd to insert both driver & receiver IBIS model into ICX then can start simulation..but for HSpice, im quite confius..cox just nd to insert 1 spice model then can simulate...
My question is:
1) Do i nd to combine both driver & receiver model into 1 spice model then onli i can full signal results? (i got both driver & receiver spice model)
2) Do i nd to program stackup & transmission line model (S-parameter) in the same spice model?
This is my 1st time using spice model for simulation...hope can get some advise here...
