when i invoke "Astro &" on "red hat linux"
it gives following error

Which command i run on red hat Linux server for license UP
 

command "lmgrd -c" to start license
 

the procedure we do is this
> cd /cad/synopsys/scl/amd64/bin
>./lmgrd -c synopsysLicense > lic.log
