Synopsys DC installation problem.

synopsys installation

Hello,

I install the design compiler 2001.08 in REDHAT 7.2 recently.
A error message shows" Can not find bxxx.so " Sorry, I can't come up with the full file name. I guess I lost some environment setting. Can someone show the the full environment setting such like LD_LIBRARY_PATH or someone else?

install the ncurses4 RPM package.
you can get it from RedHat ftp site:
ftp://ftp.redhst.com/pub/reahat/linux/7.2/en/os/i386/RedHat/RPMS/ncurses4-50-4.i386.rpm

and run:
rpm --install --force ncurses4-5.0-4.i386.rpm

May be you cann't access ftp site.
Please check Redhat 6.xx version cd.

Hi Verilog,

I found the .rpm in the RedHat 7.2 CD2 and fixed the problem.
