Synopsys Closes Nassda Acquisition

So synopsys now owns all the products from Nassda (includes HSIM)

and after that ...
they have version ..6.0..
FYI ..
 

then synopsys has nanosim starsim and hsim----all of then are fast simulators
 

Too bad

Hsim will cost more than before
 

Synopsys will take over more than 75% fastspice market share. I think this is not a good new.
 

less companies = less options = bad news
