Hi

How to synchronize from fast to slow clock domain
 

Hi

You can use 2 flops when you have control signal to synchronize.

The strobe has to lond enough like one clock wide in the slow clock domain so that it is sampled properly in the slow clock domain .

in that case we use clock syncronization
