switching between two ac voltage

Hi friends
I need switching between two ac voltage by a digital control(microcontroller).these voltages are two 0~25v sine waves that have 180 degree phase difference.i have to use no relay on the circuit,also i prefer to use a reliable IC instead of regular designed transistor switching circuits.so anyone can suggest me any solution?

as i know working frquency of triac is low,triacs i know hve about 10ms "on" time and more off time!if you know a high frequency triac that can be controled by a microcontroller plz tell me know!

the signal uref1 and uref2 that i want switch between them are a 0~25v semi sine wave(almost square) with frequency of 444Hz.bc selected signal goes to a high impedance emitter follower stage the current is not high,i think it should be around 100mA or less.

You could use a high voltage multiplexer, such as . Note that the plus and minus supply voltages need to be at least as large as the plus and minus peak voltages of your signal.

If you can use an 80V, 80 ohm CMOS switch then there are a few. eg https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/DG412DJZ/DG412DJZ-ND/1977027
Next time specify the application ( eg bridge driver), peak voltages , impedance etc.

Most likely you need a pair of 1 Ohm MOSFET switches.

I think if i use opto triacs like "MOC3061" there is no need to provide an extra voltage supply.
I have another question,I just found that if I can modulate uref by a dc voltage that i produce in my circuit there is no need to use an analog high voltage switch,because in this condition amplitude of uref are not important any more.for example i produce a 8.7v dc voltage,this voltage shows the amplitude that uref must have.
these dc voltages are Vdc=0~16v.
i think of giving these dc voltage as a supply voltage to an opamp and uref& Vdc as inputs.but it cant be appropriate for low voltage inputs.
do you have any solution????
