For folded-cascode op amp with switched-capacitor common mode feedback, how to make the output common mode level within 1mv of supply/2? and for all supply=2, 2.7 and 3.6V?

In general, this depends on the gain of the CMFB loop.

To have an error of 1mv out of mid-supply ( 1.5? ), then the gain of the cmfb loop shoulde be >= 1.5/1mV ( roughly )

Maybe this depend on your voltage refrence, and your structure of CMFB. The most important thing of CMFB is speed. If the gain is too high ,the speed will drop down.
