suspended micrsrip line to get bandgap of EBG

Hi all,

i am new to EBG design and i need to find the band gab S21 using microstrip line(suspended line). i have read some paper but i confused a bout the structure. i am using CST .

i attached below the structure but i dont know which is the correct one

please help me

your help is highly appreciated
